11262 - Mark of Trick
11273 - Exile
11296 - Mass Exile

All of these skills has chance to land critical damage. They aren't nuke skills, but they can do damage with magic critical, also the debuff that is working ok.

And the chance of them to land.

The chance is a character magic critical chance.
The damage is similar to Mark of fire, but not critical of mark of fire, i mean the normal damage. ID (11298)

Added another skill that can do critical damage without having power.
