[Bugs] Quests
 

1. Cannot finish quest _481_shadowhelper

2. NPC Chichirin is missing, can not take quest Mother of Monstrosities

3. At Tower of Insolence, cannot find these mobs: Heaven Palace Guard Warrior, Heaven Palace Guard Knight, Destroyer Lazearth, Savage Ken, Executioner Vladimir
So, cannot finish quest _483_IntendedTactic

At some places in tower of insolence, mobs crowd in small area.

4. Cannot finish quest _10308_NottobeForgotten

5. Cannot take quest _470_DivinityProtector. Error log: WARN Quest _470_Divinity not found!

6. 3 daily quests: _467_TheOppressoerAndTheOppressed, _470_DivinityProtector and_474_WaitingFortheSummer. Should take only one of these quests per day, but now can take both 467 and 474 (470 cannot take)

7. 3 daily quests: _10309_MysteriousLetter, _475_FortheSacrificed and _476_PlainMission. Should take only two of these quests per day, but now can take all

3. checked all the mobs in spawn_list.

4. tested by myself - works fine.

5. fixed that.

6-7. We're still searching this system in ru-off server, if we find it we'll implent it.
