Some buff skills can not get at the same time

some buff skills can not get at the same time follow:
- Divine Protection (ID 11566), Resistance of Saha (11824) and Resist Holy (1392) can not get at the same time.
- Mental Protection (11567) and Mental Shield (1035) can't get at the same time.
- Elemental Protection (11565), Elemental Protection (1352),
- Elemental Protection (11565), Resist Aqua (1182)
- Elemental Protection (11565), Resist Wind (1189)
- Elemental Protection (11565), Resist Fire(1191)
- Elemental Protection (11565), Resist Earth (1548)
* 4th skills have higher priority.
