When Will have use both 2 Effect Apply to all Party member: invincible for 10 seconds (1st effect) and when 10s of effect invincible finish, second effect - Lingering Protection ( 11834) - Will be Apply for 60s.

Problem is: not have first Effect: invincible for 10 seconds
