[Bug] Mark of Trick (11262) skill
 

Mark of Trick (11262) Carves a mark linked to the dupery dimension on the target. For 5 seconds, decreases HP by 350 every second and causes the use of skills to fail.

Target still can use skill normally. As skill description, target should not be able to use skill.

Target CAN use skills, but there's a chance (+35% to chance on the last level) that the skill won't success.
Fixed.
