[Bug] Number or concurrent targets when using spear[iqman]
 

In test server now, player equip spear can attack 4 targets concurrently, if player has spear passive skill, he can attack 5 targets concurrently.

In retail server, player equip spear can attack 20 targets concurrently and 25 targets with spear passive skill.

There is 12 skilla that increase pole attack count.
