[Bug] Istina instance
 

Instina instance does not appear on system, need the leader to create Command channel to enter.

If player does not have enough conditions to enter instance, he should be noticed on system message when he talk to NPC to enter the instance.

Those system dialogues appear automatically when you don't have the CC only to CC leader! As in other instances.
