[BUG]Lakcis Disc
 

This is about effect of skill Lakcis Disc (11773) Directly manipulates the power of light to Heal nearby allies and damage nearby enemies. Continuously consumes MP.
When used Healer and party or allies will receive skill Elegance of Light (11809) - Affected by Elegance of Light. HP is increased
Mob around or enemy (player with color purple) will receive debuff Elegance of Light (11808)- Affected by Elegance of Light. HP is decreased

I didn't understand the problem, please extend.

When use Lakcis Disc, 2 effect apply
Me and all party member (or allies member near healer) receive a buff with id 11809
Mob near healer receive debuff with id 11808
Can see my att in post
