Scorpion poison (10535)

Scorpion poison (10535): Injects a poison that weakens the enemy against critical hits or a poison that decreases their spd. and disables their M.Skills during a standard attack.

Bug: for now, as i was seen and test, it does not work.

tested skill is working, 2 debuffs can be applied, fixed the second debuff, pCritDamage is reduced.
