Missing NPC Rieyi
 

in changelog Rev6491 have: "+ Spawn in Kamaloca NPC: 33155 and 33406."
But when i recheck in Kamaloca i did not see them yet (for example: Kamaloka 53)

its' good only for high levels of kamaloka!!

please recheck it, i was check in all Kamaloka and not see NPC when finish instance.

- two quests _10353_CertificationOfValue and _482_RecertificationOfValue can not continues (npc in pictures was spawned myself to test)

Only in those

fixed the quest problem, normally translated into english!
