A config to disable third prof debuff to awaken chars?

This config is for not awaken chars "NotRebornedCannotDebuffRebornePlayer".

This config is for awaken chars, specifically caster that is not reborned cannot debuff reborned char + not reborned skills cannot be applied on reborn char.
