Feoh Wizard - Skills
 

A user in my server create a video showing how feoh wizard skills should work. Most of the skills are already reported but getting "are working ok" from you.

11050 - Hell binding + Combo - Is not working in l2script
11052 - Mass Hell binding - The way is casted is wrong
11030 - Death Siphoin - The way is casted and how the damage is done is wrong.
11088 / 11089 / 11090 / 11091 - Elemental Crash - Has no activationChance and is landing always. In official the chance vs players is low.

I'm sorry but this kind of bug reports aren't acceptable in our bug report forum.
Please if skills have different types of bugs, make saparate topics + I need videos/screen shots etc.
