[core] Crests make lindvior client crash (FIXED)

when logging in with a players that has alliance crest (clan) ,client always crashes.

History: UGameEngine::MakeCrestImage <- AllianceCrestPacket <- Function Name=AllianceCrestPa <- UNetworkHandler::Tick <- UGameEngine::Tick <- UpdateWorld <- MainLoop
