[CORE] PVP REWARD SYSTEM PROBLEM
 

hello,

there is an issue with pvp system, if player has - karma ( -4pk ) he will not receive anymore pvp rewards.

if player kills a karma player, after he never again will receive rewards.

plz fix.

fixed positive karma won't be affected only negative (with appropriate config)
