[CORE] PVP REWARD SYSTEM PROBLEM
 

hello
pvp system has problem, if player has + reputation point, he cannot get reward, please fix, only negative reputation point should not get tokens, because if player kills pk red player gets +reputation, but no more pvp rewards.

Fixed already.
