magic Rune Clip

about magic Rune Clips on Ceremony of Chaos( Festival of chaos), I need more function for Belt grade R to R95 at 2 NPC Olf Kanore in Aden and Olf Adams in Rune. currently, 2 NPC don't have action to add with Magic Rune Clip which buy from Festival of Chaos
