[core] Quest Seeker Escort (FIXED)

currently, bloodhound (a dog) on exploratation area 4 didn't move when player do this quest. In fact, when player do this quest, player and dog must move to area 5 together.

Tested, every is ok and was OK, please retest and repond (test w/o geodata)
