[CORE] HALF KILL BUGGED (FIXED)

In Goddess of Destruction HALF KILL Only affects CP, if successfull half kill cp reduced to 1 on player, but NEVER TOUCHES HP.

HP redcution is DONE ONLY ON MOBS if half kill success.

Перевод: Летал 1 (полу смертельный удар) должен отбирать только ЦП, а у нас еще и трогает и ХФ, наверное вместе с леталом считается и дамаг.
