[CORE] Need new condition type for skills
 

Please add a new condition type for skills so if awakaned class, skill is not working / debuff fails, because now even old debuffs like power break and other land on awakened characters and should not.

Did you try the config that we have?

yes, config is not working at all since tauti ( october 2013 )
