[CORE] CHARGE Skills not evaded by P SKILL EVASION
 

p skill evasion does not exist
Angel of Death mentions P Skill Evasion I tried yesterday myself and it dodged 0 skills out of 20
When skill says 80%

skills like: Hurricane blaster armor destruction mega strike all not evaded! i suspect is because they are charge skills.

pskillevasion not working against tyrr ( with charge skills, like hurricane blaster, jump attack) , no skills are evaded from tyrr. plz fix.

But again, offlike is: IF a skill HAS effect, pSkillEvation WONT count.

if skill has effect the skill can be evaded, unless it is NOT damage

all daggers on retail dodge hurricane blaster for ex, i tried it yesterday on retail.

damage skill = p skill evasion count
debuff only skill = p skill evasion doesnt count

they also evade armor destruction damage

the first part of the video is all about shadow chase not resetting cooldown but doubling debuff duration
also later in the video you can see poison zone resetting its cooldown

Enlighten me please, how it SHOULD work.

all skills that deal damage PDAM type should be able to be evaded CHARGE type skills included

all skilltype = DEBUFF = NOT evaded.

fix this please, daggers and archers ultimate evasion are absolutely useless now.

pskill evasion should work on all SKILLS thare are PDAM / MDAM type even if they have effect attached to them

they should not work if skilltype is DEBUFF , posion, etc.
