[CORE] New lethal type needed
 

hello
on retail there is a type of lethal that takes away 25% hp only when cp = 0

please add this type of lethal, without this tank class is almost unbeatable in 1 vs 1.

this is different then half kill (cp = 0 )

lethal now deals 25% damage on hp. was rewarked since old times when lethal was full kill 1 hp, no such thing exists now.

I've told you to find a proof except this video =/
