[CORE] PVP EXPLOIT plz fix fast
 

hello
there are 2 major pvp exploits:

1. people can instantly disconnect , and relog and get full hp

how:

they open 2 window, when they pvp, just log in again with same account.

please make it so , if you log to account that is allready logged for 3 consecutive times you get xxx minutes ban
(maybe add in config)

2. during hide you can log out, then log in and force hp

3. giant barrier does not make u be in stance so u can log out.

We've fixed that.
