here video retail , 160 accuracy vs 180 evasion, 3 hits evaded out of 9, at us 9 hits evaded out of 10, this makes evasion stat at us useless, because everyone evades all hits easily.

please fix, evasion rate should matter more, as in the rate of evaded hits should be lower at us, almost 2 or 3 times compared to how is now.

It's really hard to determine, contact me in skype, maybe we can figureout a config for that?
