2. New skills system does not work: All new skills updated in this version do not work. Gamers can't see the new skill list so they can't learn them.

For example: When Aeore Eva Saint reaches Level 99, she can learn new skill Melee resistance. But now, she does not see the new skill icon so can't learn it (Same to other classes).
