Hello, when I create new char. and talk with first NPC - Newbie Helper he giving me quest to recover Blue Gemstone next Ill kill gremlin and get Blue Gemstone, next I am going to talk with Newbie Helper to get reward and this not working quest does not continue.

Tried everthing, all works fine.
Nothing to fix.

(different rates, auto loot on/off, all gives same result -> working FINE)
