[core] Ertheia Slot Debuff on Mobs only 1 (FIXED)

In ertheia , there is only 1 debuff slot on mobs, you cannot put more then 1 debuff on mobs to appear, fix it.

All creatures in game have the same count of buffs, debuffs, etc...
Maybe visible bug?

yes is visual, mobs have only 1 slot debuff appearing in target, even if you cast on them and succeed 10 debuffs, mobs show 1 debuff slot
