Power of Physical skill and Magic skill was incorrect. It has caused several millions dmg to a player that using best item R99

Update server core and check please.

After fix, it’s happening by this way:

P.ATK Dmg of D-Grade weapon (patk stat: 1.600) is almost same with P.ATK R99-Grade weapon (p.atk stat: 4.800)
Patk is so different but the dmg deal on target is neither
Please check the picture via this post to see how it action

2. So many player got crash game when they click on Launcher game (as attached image) and active game window and got crash.
