Spallation skill works exactly opposite as should,


all damage recive out of the circle is 0
all damage recive into the circle is like normal damage

this is like 1 ud ertheia for scape or masive pvp like a siegue

please fix!

inside circle = ALL NORMAL DAMAGE

Outside circle = 0 damage
