[Lindvior] Skill bug (FIXED)
 

as u can see a tank evaded my skill with 196 m.acc this hapends to mobs also lower lvl too lot of fail skill and missing..... land rate of elemental of destruction is extremely low so i cant use elemental burst i suggest check passives/actives if possible... whats wrong pliz check..
