Any guards attacks back when you hit them and i think their stats are very low also becouse characters with low level can use mortal blow success with them easy

It's offlike! Before creating a bug-report, test this in offical server!
Guards in Ertheia, Odyssey, Classic offical server dont attack NON-PK players.
