Gatekeeper prices (NO BUG)

As far i know the gatekeeper has discount times, thats working perfect in client but in the server is still charging original price
Tested using gatekeeper from DarkElf Village to Neutral Zone, price say 480Adena and it took 760 adena wich is the original price when the
gatekeeper is not in discount time
