Skill enables early(FIXED)
 

The skills enables to use before the MP is enough to use them, check the screenshot (this happens with all skills)
Character trying to use Vampiric Touch level 1, it has 24mp usage cost , skill is enabled to use , but mp is not enough

Vampiric Touch lvl 1 needs 25 mp for cast

This happens with every single skill , or theres something working wrong or maybe theres a mismatch of data between client and server about mp usage and thats why the skills are getting in available status before you can really use them

I know, but check how much mp has the character and the skill is enabled to use...i know you CANNOT use it but if your MP is not enough to use the skill must remain disabled and not enabled before time
