Blow skills damage (NOT BUG)

On last update, now players says their mortal blow skill hit less than a normal critical hit without skill, i have near 200 claims of players using dagger about this, they even say archers hits stronger.

If its true this is offlike , please post some screenshots in comparision that i can show to players.
