How i unjail the people ? i tried all possible variants.... //unjail , i jail them for 1 min, i recall them , repair, and also i banned some ppl and i unbanned and they can t enter .... any trick ? or is a bug

Strange, because it was still fixed in 01/28/2016

Tested, all ok. I added debug. Update your server and retest.

jail and unban is still not fixed . i can't unjail and unban players !

u can unban, but in database. mute & unmute work badly
