Players are not able to login if they are disconnected from the server. They should be able to kick out their account when loging to the game again.

How to reproduce the error:
1. Disconnect your player, for example disconnect internet.
2. Try to log in again. It is saying that the account is already logged in.
3. You need to wait 30 minutes until you can connect again to the server.
