on chapter 17. Hallete rb should spawn so you can kill him - right now it doesn't spawn

After killing rb Fallen Angel Allector you are supposed to get the quest item to continue with the quest - right now you are not getting it

After collecting 700 Halisha's Badge, Raid Boss should appear so you can kill him and continue with the quest - right now it doesn't appear
