Sweeper Festival (FIXED)

Mobs does not disappear after the Sweeper Festival (skill id 444) and the blue effect stays in the mob for a few seconds.
It should disappear when the skill is used, even in area effect

tested. the skill works correctly and fully corresponds to the official server. if you have it working incorrectly:
1. Check the suitability of the skill on the svn
2. Make a video: how the skill works on your server
