It's happening with any target cancel skill.

Tyr warrior + Bow
Tyr warrior can use any skill when using bow + infinite quiver(32255), (Whit arrows works ok)
Obviously it should be fixed for all grade and also with bolts.

Feoh Wizard - MCritical Chance
One of the latest commits broke the mcritical chance, now all the races has the same mcritical. I mean DarkElf and LightElf have the same but SHOULD be different.
