Wrong monsters and ai (FIXED)
All this monsters doenst have to be there, and they have npc AI, they dont attack or do anything , when you double click on them they display an htm...

This quest _11000_MoonKnight.java cant be finished, the monster 27201 doesnt drop the item needed 49561, thats the first problem.
Second problem, tried summoning that item to pass over the quest,...

wrong monsters respawn (FIXED)
monsters respawns in antharas lair its all wrong , probably more monsters along the world have wrong respawn, this ones specifically doesnt have drop neither
all this monsters shouldn't be there ...

Dual box feature
Current system for dualbox only allows to players to buy service by ip or hwid filter, i need addition feature/option so the server can sell the dualbox per account (not hwid or ip)

Chill Flame skill (NOT BUG)
Chill Flame skill from monsters has a duration of 45seconds and they should have a max of 15 seconds
It also i think has too much damage, please check the effect of them

Base stats for all characters (FIXED)
