[BUG] Sealed Common Items
The Sealed Common Items like "Common Item - Sealed Blue Wolf Boots" should can be unsealed on blacksmith.
Item ID: 12189
Description: Sealed Blue Wolf Boots with limited power enhancement. Enchantment, storing souls, and augmenting are impossible. The blacksmith in a village can release the seal on this item.
The feature is not working here, you can not unseal it.
This bug apply to all Sealed Common Items.
