Rolling Thunder (10268): Becomes enveloped with the energy of a whirlwind. Continuously decreases HP of nearby enemies. When used, the user's MP is continuously decreased.

This skill should have visual effect around the player when turning on. Player should not turn into combat mode and soulshot should not be used when turning on this skill.

Now, there is no visual effect for this skill, player is turned into combat mode and soulshot is used continuously if soulshot is in automatic mode.
