The Cubic when it is summoned it enters Active field, if the opponent is in flag / pk or for war, the cubic should throw its debuff or stun immediately if it is in the target and only after counting delays to relaunch.
Against MOB the cubic activates if the mob is in attack mode and I get the target, or if the mob attacks me, even without the target the cubic throws on the mob. Respecting the delay.
Once I killed a mob, and counted the delay times, when I start attacking the next mob, the cubic must be ready to fire again, and not start counting the delay again. Remember that the skill is active.
Here the Cubic is not activating, I realized that it only activates if I give physical damage, hit with the weapon to dry. This needs to be fixed to work as described above. Just to correct this the cubics should already respect the delays and function as it should.
