Skill Rolling Thunder (10268): Becomes enveloped with the energy of a whirlwind. Continuously decreases HP of nearby enemies. When used, the user's MP is continuously decreased.

bug: - not have visual effect whirlwind arrow user who use this skill
- not set effect Rolling Thunger (ID: 10287) to continuously decreases HP of nearby enemies.

will be fixed with lantis disc (same problem there)
