i just tested again
i think this is happening with ALL the monster skills in the game they are using their skills every 1-2 seconds |

on all the monster with range skills happens the same

yes its confirmed all monsters of the server that has range skills are shooting without cooldown
 i need this to be fixed asap, my server is x1 rates |
