Party Bonus and Overhit seems to not be working or not beign displayed correctly

Official setting:

I checked the serverfiles and i know its setup correctly values there, but why is not showing it on the status reward of the game?

i just tested and overhit is getting bonus for all party except that for owner it displays the bonus but for the rest of party it sum to the total xp get and not show.
