Relax skill recovers 75hp and very fast, while i retail it recovers 45hp only

Also tested the hp recovery speed , its super fast , the amount could be fine but the speed of recovery of hp is like 5 times faster than MP

Tested:

11 Lvl. Warrior (Russian Offical Server):
From 60 HP to 322 (FULL) > ~11 sec.

11 Lvl. Warrior (L2-Scripts Server):
From 60 HP to 322 (FULL) > ~11 sec.
