hello i would like to know if theres a way to have .offline working but disable all others voice command. im interested to have disabled .cfg (if there is a way to disable it letme know)

Yes. You can make a offline trade item.
Example: Character use offline trade potion, and character sit in trade.
Write to technical support skype for more details.
