Hi all,

I'm using the latest stable version of High Five Part 5 and have some questions:

- I want to translate all text at server side to Vietnamese. Normally, I just need to translate files in html-en folder, but when I want to translate text of tele functions of a Gate keeper, I can't find out how to do it? For example, I want to translate "Tele to town of Giran"to Vietnamese.
- I am developing my own events, do I need to config somewhere to start my events or just copy my events to events folder?
- currently, if a party member is 15 levels lower than other members then he will not gain any exp, how can we config for any member in party to gain exp based on his level.
