HWID system is not working, or not detected, maybe because of antibot i do not know, but if i put in tvt to not allow same hwid , tvt event gets canceled, it cannot detect no hwid.

same for pvp system manager, if i put detect hwid, no one gets reward.

please fix, this is important for many systems, like allow dual box, max box count and olympiad max box count
