[CORE] About mastery skill reset / duration
1. ALL skills that have any sort of debuff can not double cast in the form of COOLDOWN reset, they can DOUBLE their duration.
2. ALL skills that have NO BUFFS/DEBUFFS can reset their cooltime in terms of double casting [7:17:33 PM] : means giant barrier +10 time can go from 20 secs to 40 secs, but cant reset cooldown. dark paralysis can double paralysis time but cant reset its cooltime [7:18:05 PM] : razor rain applies debuff, that means razor rain cannot reset the cooltime, but the duration of debuff can double |
